“Pleasant bittersweet apple flavour, well-balanced sweetness and acidity, not too astringent and without excessive bitter aftertaste associated with some traditional ciders.
Genuine Herefordshire Cider: All our ciders are genuine craft products that are made from locally grown apples. Cider can only be labeled ‘Herefordshire‘ if it meets minimum requirements relating to provenance and ingredients. This entitles it to PGI Status (Protected Geographical Indication).”
