God is good is our line of beers that originate from wild fermentation. Wild, or spontaneous fermentation happens when our beer is fermented with a combination of non-cultivated yeasts, bacteria and wooden barrels. Sometimes we harvest these critters from the air around us, but there are also beautiful combinations available on grapes and already living in the barrels. The taste of the beers in this line goes from lightly sour to a more wine-like taste. Most beers have a champagne-like freshness and deep warm tones of fruit, horse blanket, or in more international terms “funky”.
