A 6% American style stout. the pilsner and pale ale malt base gets stouted up with the addition of carmelized and chocolate malts with a clean American hop finish. Named after the jagged, multi-peaked Montserrat mountain located near Spain’s Llobregat River. The area is known for a Benedictine Abbey that thousands pilgramage to each year to see the Virgin of Montserrat, one of Europe’s Black Madonnas.
