Barracuda Imperial Mango Lassy Milk Shake

Inspired by the traditional Indian drink Mango Lassi, this unique imperial stout is blondish-white, thanks to a large load of raw cereals and a jolt of lactose. Extremely creamy, dense, and viscous, the mildly-hopped super-specialty base is blended with lots of mango and a hint of cardamom, and finally given a generous Cascade dry-hopping. The result is typically exotic & complex, in the Barracuda style.
