“It is a mixed fermentation beer containing Pale Ale and a traditional Lambic. It is aged in oak barrels for 12 months and then another 12 months in bottle. The beer is seasonal , produced only once a year, hence has the name of September. We love this beer before meals, and drinking it with strong cheeses, olives and seafood. “
