“Bob Sylvester from St. Somewhere Brewing hand-carried hibiscus flowers from Florida to France to brew this tart saison.  The hibiscus gives the beer a lovely peach color and light fruit flavor.  Hopped with Golding and Strisselspalt and fermented with the Thiriez house yeast.”
