“Local barley and wheat malts in our latest sour blonde ale find a perfect compliment in the fruit flavour of cucumbers. Hendrix gains additional complexity from oak previously used for ageing artisanal gin, with notes of citrus peel and spicy juniper, and subtle botanical notes of rose petals and sandalwood. Like a power trio led by an upside-down Strat played left-handed, Hendrix’s complexities astonish with boldness combined with an understated elegance. Move over, Rover, and let CBC take over!”
