“Blunderbuss was our first ever Barleywine Ale, brewed annually at CBC since 1995. Its age worthy-ness inspired our Barleywine Festival, still held every January. Brewed with over a ton of American and British malts and well-hopped, it has ages in American oak rye barrels from our friends at River Drive in Maine. It presents with notes of sweet caramel, dried fruit and herbal hoppiness and finishes with hints of vanilla, coconut and toasted marshmallows and oak.”
