Wayward Corsair is a collaboration with Late Start Brewery in Tampa, Florida. This sour Farmhouse Ale is brewed with salt water from the Gulf of Mexico. It is nicely tart and loaded with tropical fruit notes. Brewed using all Belgian malt, whole noble hops, and open fermentation. Wild yeast from open fermentation adds to the complexity.
