Ross-on-Wye Medium Dry Still Perry

As with all of Mike Johnson’s traditional ciders, this still perry is hand crafted from traditional fruit, fermented by wild yeasts, and aged in barrels. What sets it apart are its fresh, grassy, flavors, and how difficult it is to come by. Real perry pears are scarce – they’re a dying species, and many years there just aren’t enough for Ross on Wye to make any perry at all. This still version (without carbonation) drinks like a white wine with the character of the English countryside (if you can imagine that).
