Posh Scrumpy is Oliver’s new version of his crazy popular Bottle-Conditioned Medium cider.  It is elegant and rustic, wildly effervescent and cloudy. A full tasting, bittersweet, and tangy apple cider made using the difficult keeving technique, which leaves a touch of sweetness in the bottle.
