A cool (pun intended) hybrid of ice cider and a quaffable, every day, cider, the Cuivré is amber colored with persistent, extremely fine, bubbles. Its complex nose is characterized by an aromatic medley of cantaloupe, grapefruit, honey, linden flower and maple syrup reduction. The taste buds first notice sea salt, then honeydew melon and, as a finalé, a note of orange. Les Vergers’ special concentration technique gives this cider an exquisite lightness combined with an expressive tang. Excellent with succulent braised pork spiced up with thyme or a lamb rack jazzed up with rosemary.
