“Dark and rich, yet fresh and hoppy, with our favourite Earl Grey Blue Flower for an extra kick!

Dark matter is a hypothetical kind of matter that cannot be seen with telescopes but would account for most of the matter in the universe. Dark Matta was a hypothetical beer, which was dark enough to not be seen through and would account for a good proportion of the Earl Grey Blue Flower in the universe. We supposed the grain bill of Pot Kettle Black, though with a greater gravitational pull, and the hopping and dry-leafing of Gunnamatta. The existence and properties of Dark Matta could be inferred from its gravitational effects on beer drinkers, bar staff, and the ever present citrus and floral aroma in the universe.”
