Sour ale with apricots

From the brewer: “Every visit of our friend Brian Strumke, the mind of Stillwater Artisanal, is an unmissable opportunity to share the curiosity, the desire to experiment, and the healthy folly that unites the way we understand beer. After a first collaboration all played on cereals and hops, this time we decided to see it with yeast and fruit. We let our Bretta banquet with a large dose of apricots, giving us an irresistible mix of fruity aromas, sweetness, and acidity. An intensity such that we decided to dedicate this beer to the land that has given birth to the apricots, a tribute to the most greedy of classic beer pairings.”
