“Dark with red highlights. A mellow sweetness then a large malty fruitiness, followed by a long, dry finish. Licorice notes are present but not overpowering. Generously hopped at four points in the brewing process, including a dry hopping in the conditioning vessel. Matured for a minimum of four weeks, and krausened for a champagne mouth-feel. Deceptively drinkable and surely Chust Sublime.”
