“Ever since we started brewing, we have always aimed to brew a ‘pure’ and ‘clean’ American Pale Ale. At Ise Kadoya, we capitalize on the characteristics of the Cascade hops by balancing the sweetness, body and bitterness of the aroma. We were very fortunate to be recognized by beer professionals with an award at the Australian International Beer Awards in 2003. Because we only use Cascade hops in our Pale Ale, the aroma differs slightly from batch to batch based on the particular characteristics of each years’ harvest. We invite you to enjoy the wonderful aromas and flavor that only Cascade hops can deliver.”
