“A dry hopped Berliner Weisse style beer made from the “second runnings” of the XXX. After the first brew, the malt was sparged again with water to make use of all the left over sugars, making a smaller ABV beer as a result. We used a technique called kettle souring to sour the beer, did a short boil without hops and dry hopped it afterwards with the same hops used as in the XXXX.”
