Black Rocks is a 6.0% abv Black IPA. It is very dark in color, yet has many characteristics of an India Pale Ale. Late mash additions provide the color without the harsher, roasted flavors of the dark malts. The beer has a blackcurrant aroma and flavors of liquorice and pithy grapefruit
