“This is an intricately nuanced India Pale Ale brewed in the English tradition. The hallmark hoppiness is earthy and floral and resides in perfect balance with the rich and biscuity malt character.
Bryan’s Comment
Teikoku is not an aggressive or overpowering IPA. It does not smack the drinker around with hop bravado. The hops most certainly are there, but their presence manifests with a quiet, unperturbed sort of certitude, much like the presence of a quietly self-confident man who is fully at ease with himself.”
