ÆppelTreow Apple Brandy is a modern interpretation of a colonial ‘apple jack.’ Made from Wisconsin apples and distilled and aged in new, charred Wisconsin white oak barrels, this brandy has warm apple and spice notes and is less heady than French Calvados. To show off each cask’s unique fruit and wood qualities, it’s bottled at 80 proof, by the barrel.
