“Stout and racy, rounded, velvety and complex, this beer clocks in at 7.5% abv and must be treated with the respect it deserves to reveal every aspect of its char- acter. It contains a coffee mix of 90% arabica from Brazil and Ethiopia and 10% robusta from Vietnam. In the glass the combination of coffee and beer, with its tight head worthy of the best espresso, unfolds its rich roasty flavor dominated by a coffee note on a background of molasses, cocoa and a touch of hop resin.”
