Son Of A Batch Apple Wood is a whimsical recreation of a dark gose, with a few nods to German tradition (Munich, Wheat, and Pils malts) blending nicely with the somewhat more quirky additions of Saphir hops, coriander, Hawai’ian black lava salt, and apple wood chips, thrown straight into the mash.
