“This one started life as our Life of Plants which was released in 2016 from which we took part of the batch and aged it in oak Pinot Noir barrels from Le Grappin in Burgundy for 12 months. The result is a deeper colour and more pronounced and complex sourness with all the bright citrus and herbal notes intact.”
