“As you may have noticed, we enjoy naming our beers. It’s a ‘chicken and the egg’ situation mostly, was the beer first or the name first? Well you can decide, all we can say is this one was especially fun. You Shall Nut Pass! is a 7.2% Stout brewed with Hazelnuts. The complex malt bill lends you Rye spice, bitter chocolate and smoked flavors, we then add defatted hazelnuts to add a sweet nutty aroma and flavor as well as Summit hops to balance it all out.“
