“We created an IPA recipe and brewed it exactly how we normally would, until fermentation time when we used lager yeast and fermented it at a low temp and of course we lagered it. Collision Course is jam packed with Citra, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin and gives off some great fruity notes with a balanced bitterness and a nice light malt body.”
