Shiga Kogen African Pale Ale

Probably our favorite of their beers.  A combination of English, American, and Japanese hops, with mostly pils malt.  You could drink about five gallons of this and still want more.  Called “Africa” because it’s somewhere between an English Pale Ale and an India Pale Ale.  Japanese humor, I guess.
