Way Beer Sour Barley Wine
Way Beer • Brazil
From the brewer:
“For our first blend we produced three beers that fermented and aged in different Brazilian wood barrels. In the process, one of them aged for three years, while the others aged between one and two years. This is our first blend beer project, but it won’t be the last.
COMPOSITION
A tripple blended beer like our Sour Barley Wine is made with a wide variety of malts and four types of hops, thus achieving an IBU measure of 85. Apart from that, the mixture of three different Brazilian wood barrels is what makes this beer stand out. With a powerful and complex aroma and a strong and acid flavor, this beer will melt your brain.
STYLE
Sour beers are unpredictable, intense and memorable. Depending on the type of recipes blended together, the results can change drastically. But no matter the outcome, when created with talent and passion, this beer style will definitely leave you awestruck.”
