This Herefordshire Cider is sparkling through conditioning in the bottle, achieved using the traditional skills and craft of the cider maker. As fermentation is completed in the bottle, the spent yeast will form a deposit. A perfect match for a meal; some residual sweetness lends roundness, and complexity comes from the use of only traditional cider apple juice.
